At Pleco, we aim to provide convenient shopping experience. We offer After the order has been delivered, the customer has the right to exchange the product within 3 days of receiving the product provided that it has not been used and the packaging has not been opened/damaged, for Return/exchange claim please contact us via call (0303-2160221) or email.

Conditions for Exchange:

If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please raise a return request on our website or Customer Care. Return request must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• The product is in its original and undamaged packing (careful opened package will not be considered damaged).
• The product received does not match the actual ordered.
• He/She has to pay the shipping charges as well.

Valid Reasons to Return an Item:

1) Delivered product is damaged (i.e. physically destroyed or broken) / defective.
2) Delivered product is incomplete (i.e. has missing items).
3) Delivered product is incorrect (i.e. wrong product/size/colour,)
4) Delivered product does not fit. (i.e. size)
5) Make Sure to Record the video before opening the parcel.
